Job Description:

As a Financial Manager and Operations Manager at IKEA, you will be part of the store management team, directly managing specialists and indirectly overseeing the Business Navigation & Operations team. Responsibilities include achieving financial targets, ensuring compliance with laws, and driving long-term profitability. Job Responsibility:

Translate the national strategy in a store business plan in collaboration with other management team members
inspire, motivate, and engage your team in reaching goals and generating growth and long-term profitability
keep a full overview of the profit and loss (P&L) for the store and understand how actions impact results
identify solutions to make the store quicker, leaner, and simpler
ensure effective use of staff through productivity measurements
guarantee achievement of targets for maintenance, safety, as-is corner, and cash registers
explain goals and provide clear direction
empower managers by delegating responsibility for growth and development

Requirements:

Several years of leadership experience
experience of setting and implementing action plans and budgets, and following up goals
understanding of profit and loss and how to affect its result through actions
excellent analytical and numerical skills
ability to exceed customer expectations
alignment with IKEA values
modest, open, and honest collaboration with others
