Job Description:

We have been exclusively retained by an elite plaintiff-side, securities litigation-focused firm that seeks to hire a complex financial litigation partner with established, portable business. The firm has a sophisticated existing practice focused on securities and corporate governance litigation. The firm offers funding, the opportunity to lead this practice area within the firm, equity participation in practice group revenue, attorney and paralegal support, and other resources to assist this practice to thrive. The person in this position can work remotely or in the firm’s US offices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and develop a complex financial litigation practice that integrates with the firm’s existing securities and corporate governance litigation capabilities
  • Partner with firm leadership to develop strategy and expand the complex financial litigation practice group

Requirements:

  • An established complex financial litigator with existing portable business
  • Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships at a senior level
  • 11+ Years experience
