Job Description:

We are looking for a Financial Lines Senior Claims Adjuster/Senior Claims Expert, based in London. Your Team Our team is committed to providing expert claims management, ensuring timely and fair resolutions, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and building strong relationships with clients and brokers to support their needs effectively.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain accurate claims records within Allianz Commercial systems
Investigate high exposure domestic and international claims involving complex issues and/or litigation
Negotiate and resolve high exposure, complex claims
Handle claims within authority limits
Support business acquisition and retention
Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:

Expert understanding of D&O and Financial Institutions products, wordings, terms, conditions, and coverages
Mastery of the claims handling process from notification to settlement and recovery
Robust knowledge of reserving principles and practices
Strong understanding of coinsurance and reinsurance applications
Proficient in relevant legal processes and procedures
Ability to clearly express ideas and messages in both written and spoken English
Strong negotiation skills
Skilled in absorbing and analyzing information
Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve business processes and decision-making

Nice to have:
