Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate data when onboarding and offboarding properties
Liaising with external contacts to obtain financial information and work towards closing out handovers efficiently
Keep Head of Financial Integration up to date on any issues that need escalating relating to onboarding / offboarding
Liaising with other finance departments and wider integration team to ensure queries are resolved
Managing personal and shared inboxes to ensure all queries are answered swiftly and accurately
Attending meetings with external / internal clients when necessary.
Requirements:
Service Charge accounts experience preferrable, including some knowledge of accounting legislation
AAT level 4 qualified or working towards preferred
Experience of working in Property Management or working with Service charge accounts preferred.
