Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain accurate data when onboarding and offboarding properties
  • Liaising with external contacts to obtain financial information and work towards closing out handovers efficiently
  • Keep Head of Financial Integration up to date on any issues that need escalating relating to onboarding / offboarding
  • Liaising with other finance departments and wider integration team to ensure queries are resolved
  • Managing personal and shared inboxes to ensure all queries are answered swiftly and accurately
  • Attending meetings with external / internal clients when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Service Charge accounts experience preferrable, including some knowledge of accounting legislation
  • AAT level 4 qualified or working towards preferred
  • Experience of working in Property Management or working with Service charge accounts preferred.
