Job Description:

Financial Data Senior Analyst position at CVS Health's Market Event Adjustments group responsible for identifying, analyzing, and quantifying the impact of market events on Rebate guarantees to ensure contractual adjustments are executed to align with market event impacts.

Job Responsibility:

Identifying, analyzing, and quantifying impact of market events on Rebate guarantees
Evaluating potential financial impact of market event adjustments using existing models
Accessing data via Excel and tools such as SQL/SAS
Coordinating efforts across company teams to ensure contractual adjustments are executed
Providing consultative support to internal stakeholders on financial guarantee analysis
Supporting client specific analyses and discussions
Interacting with external stakeholders and clients directly

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required
Degree related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, data science, economics or other data related fields preferred
2+ years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing or process improvement role or equivalent combination of professional experience and education
OR 1+ years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing, or process improvement role including 1+ year working with PBM data or PBM financial analysis
Experience in Microsoft Excel-based analysis and SQL
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and critical thinking skill sets
Ability to story tell findings in clear, concise way
Prior experience or knowledge of PBM industry or pharmaceuticals preferred
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines and competing priorities
Prior experience working across many different groups within an organization
Prior experience designing, implementing, and optimizing new business processes
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to interact with others in collegial and professional manner

Nice to have:

Prior experience or knowledge of PBM industry or pharmaceuticals
Prior experience designing, implementing, and optimizing new business processes
Aptitude to communicate complex findings and conclusions in easy-to-understand way
