Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Financial Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Lebanon, Tennessee. This position focuses heavily on leveraging Excel and Tableau to manage, analyze, and report financial data. Job Responsibility:

Compile, format, and update financial data sources to ensure accurate reporting
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business queries and support strategic decision-making
Utilize Tableau to create dynamic dashboards and visualizations for enhanced data interpretation
Develop and implement Excel formulas to streamline data organization and calculations
Prepare detailed financial reports by gathering and analyzing relevant metrics
Forecast financial trends and model scenarios to support budgeting and planning efforts
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms and tools
Support the team in strategic planning by delivering key insights from financial data

Requirements:

Proven experience in financial analysis and data interpretation
Proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard creation and data visualization
Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data formatting
Strong background in forecasting and financial modeling
Knowledge of strategic planning processes and analytical frameworks
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
Effective communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences
Ability to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
