Job Description:

As a Financial Professional, you will apply financial expertise to support strategic goals and optimal fiscal health. Every day you will analyze financial data, interpret complex information, and communicate findings or recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to guide informed financial decisions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Apply financial expertise to support strategic goals and optimal fiscal health
  • Analyze financial data, interpret complex information, and communicate findings or recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial processes
  • Record and interpret data in Clinic Practice Management Software without error
  • Familiar with insurance companies including Medicare and Medicaid and insurance filing deadlines
  • Calculate payment due and collect appropriate amounts
  • Document collection information and perform detailed work accurately and timely
  • Identify errors that could have occurred by others in the Clinic Software to bring to Manager’s attention for resolution
  • Work cooperatively & collaboratively with others toward the accomplishment of shared goals
  • Achieve results and accept responsibility for actions and results
  • Commit to continuous learning
  • Practice attentive and active listening and communicate messages in a way that has the desired effect
  • Effective and professional communication with patients

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or High School GED
  • Preferably 2 years or more experience in medical clinic and patient collections
  • General familiarity with medical insurance, CPT and diagnosis codes
