The Financial Cost Optimization Program Manager will lead cost optimization initiatives and integrated program management across large-scale operations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in program management and financial governance, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact. Responsibilities include overseeing program delivery, managing data governance, and driving cloud financial operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Cost Optimization Programs: Architect and execute strategies for cost optimization, including cloud spend management, license cost reduction, and process automation to drive significant financial savings
  • Integrated Program Management: Oversee end-to-end program delivery for transformation projects, including intake, root cause analysis, implementation, and validation phases
  • Data Governance & Modernization: Manage data quality remediation, data pipeline analysis, and regulatory compliance across enterprise platforms
  • Cloud FinOps & Technology Enablement: Drive cloud financial operations (FinOps), data center optimization, and AI/ML-based business impact projects
  • Operational Transformation: Workflow redesign and optimization through Six Sigma projects
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, InfoSec, HR, facilities) to deliver seamless technology rollouts, platform migrations, and operational transitions
  • KPI & Contract Governance: Govern KPIs, contractual adherence, and risk management for huge portfolios
  • Capacity & Workforce Planning: Lead capacity planning, productivity management, and workforce optimization for global operations

Requirements:

  • Preferred Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean, Agile & Scrum
  • Experience: 15+ years in program management, operations, and cost optimization within technology domains
  • Technical Skills: Data governance, cloud program governance, analytics enablement, contract and finance management, transitions management, workforce management
  • Domain Expertise: Trust & Safety, Banking & Financial Services, DevOps, Content Moderation, Ad Sales, Product Testing, ITIL support
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading large teams (direct and indirect reports), managing multi-site portfolios, and delivering transformation projects with measurable business impact
