Job Description:

Financial Controller | Creative PR Agency | London | £75,000-£85,000 + Benefits. Harmonic is delighted to be partnering with a bold, culture-driven PR agency as they continue an exciting period of growth and diversification. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Financial Controller to step into a high-impact role, owning the finance function and playing a pivotal part in strategic decision-making across the agency.

Job Responsibility:

Lead month-end, management reporting and cash flow forecasting
Drive finance process improvement and systems optimisation
Own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles
Build trusted partnerships with client teams - providing commercial challenge and insight
Manage and develop a small but ambitious finance team

Requirements:

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
Experience within creative/agency/marketing sectors strongly preferred
Confident business partner with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
Hands-on mindset with the ambition to grow as the agency scales
