They have ambitious plans to double a considerably large insurance book by the end of next year through the launch of new products and expansion into fresh verticals across a £10-20 billion industry. Having recently completed a major Series B, they're now gearing up for a Series C raise, meaning finance will play a central role in preparing the business for its next leap in scale. The Role: Reporting directly into the VP of Finance, this is a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious, hands-on Financial Controller to lead core finance operations and help shape the future of a fast-growing, Tech scale-up. You'll take ownership of accounting, reporting, and financial control, while driving continuous improvement across processes and systems, with exposure to their upcoming fundraise.
