Job Description:

Join IKEA as a Financial Controller to support financial structures, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide insights into financial performance. Help steer business growth while aligning with global frameworks and local legal requirements. Nurture competence and succession planning for sustainable organizational growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support and educate the business with setting up and maintaining the financial structures to follow-up cost and performance whilst supporting decision making in line with global frameworks
  • Work closely with Business Navigation to provide insight in costs and profit and loss performance and support business steering
  • Perform variance analysis, review and challenge reported actuals and forecasts and first level of commentary
  • Prepare management reporting and variance to budget forecast and cost follow up
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Accounting & Reporting Operations to ensure relevant, complete, accurate and timely Accounting and Financial and Management reporting based on standard global frameworks and local legal requirements, whilst maintain effective internal controls
  • Support the business with insight in financial performance, position and liquidity and support investment decisions and financial planning
  • Secure cross-organisational readiness and continued business growth in terms of competence, performance and succession through enabling an end-to-end approach.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Degree
