This is a senior finance leadership role where you will spearhead the company’s IPO journey while maintaining full oversight of group-level financial control, governance, and reporting. You will work closely with the Board, senior management, external advisors, auditors, and regulators to ensure IPO readiness and post-listing compliance.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the end-to-end IPO preparation and execution, including financial due diligence, prospectus support, and regulatory submissions
Act as the key finance liaison with investment bankers, auditors, legal advisors, and regulators
Ensure financial statements, policies, and internal controls meet listing and regulatory requirements
Support management in responding to investor, regulator, and advisor queries throughout the listing process
Oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory accounts across multiple entities
Strengthen and maintain robust internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial policies
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis at group level
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
Lead and develop the finance team, driving process improvements and best practices
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) preferred
10–15+ years of experience in finance, audit, or group financial control roles
Proven experience in IPO preparation, listing exercises, or major corporate finance events
Strong background in group consolidation, financial governance, and regulatory reporting
Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or regulated industries is an advantage
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate at Board and executive level
