Job Description

Our client is a leading player in the public transport and logistics (TSL) sector. We are looking for an ambitious professional to join their core finance team in Warsaw, taking the wheel of advanced controlling processes and acting as a true business partner to the management board.

Job Responsibility

Business modeling: building comprehensive business models tailored for multi-million public tenders
strategic analytics: preparing current summaries, management reports, and in-depth financial analyses to support C-level decision-making
representing the company during quarterly and annual audits
independently preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements, as well as corporate reporting packages
IFRS 16 expertise: leading complex calculations related to IFRS 16 (leasing and rental agreements)

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial audit (ideally gained within top-tier international advisory firms)
proven, hands-on experience in drafting financial statements
fluency in English (both written and spoken) for seamless business communication
a strong sense of ownership and goal orientation, ensuring high-quality execution of financial processes
excellent time-management skills, resilience, and the ability to thrive under strict deadlines
outstanding soft skills: a collaborative mindset and openness to sharing knowledge with the team
