Job Description

On behalf of a £10m turnover construction business, I’m searching for a commercially strong Financial Controller to build and lead the in-house finance function. The objective is clear: create a finance function that adds value, informs strategy, and significantly reduces reliance on external accountants. You’ll need to be technically sharp – producing Board Packs, influencing decisions, presenting the financials to the MD month to month.
