Financial Controller

• Oversee financial operations for multiple factory sites, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives across the regions
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk at both factories and group levels
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights for strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or business related
• CPA/ACCA qualification is required
• 8+ years of experience in finance roles, with at least 3 years in a Financial Controller or similar position
• Manufacturing industry experience is a must, with exposure to factory operations and cost accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, cross-border operations, and international accounting standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Based in Macau with accommodation provided, open for Macau and Hong Kong candidates
• Frequent travel to factories in China is required
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin is highly preferred)
