The business has grown year on year across both headcount and revenue, to become a household name with a strong following and committed repeat customers. Following consistent growth and international expansion, the business is now looking for a Financial Controller to lead the UK finance function and act as a key partner to senior leadership. The environment is fast paced, dynamic and team oriented, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and working with ambitious stakeholders. The Role This is a senior position with full responsibility for the UK finance team, overseeing multiple business units and working closely with group-level finance leadership. Managing a team of 3, you will take ownership of reporting, forecasting, controls and systems, while also contributing to broader strategy, process improvements and cross-functional projects. You will work across a variety of business models with international stakeholders and support the implementation of best practices in line with group objectives.
