What should we be doing instead? It's a diverse role which is very much suited to Finance Business Partners who want to make a commercial impact. We're looking for an experienced Senior Management Accountant or Financial Controller with: CPG business experience with a strong preference for FMCG; An understanding of the nuances of a D2C business; Strong commercial awareness; Demonstrable experience in step changing business performance – you're curious as to where you can add value!; Excellent excel and financial modelling skills; A hands on mentality, willing to operate across both detail and strategy having already experienced the pace of change of scaling organisation.
