Job Description

This role is responsible for leading and developing the management accounts team, ensuring high quality financial reporting, strong financial controls, and efficient end to end finance pro-cesses across the organisation. The role will oversee, management accounting and transactional finance, process improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence and supporting the Group Financial Controller in delivering a robust financial control environment.

  • Providing high level P&L and cashflow commentary to senior management
  • Driving an effective financial control environment
  • Assisting the Finance Accounting Manager and Group Financial Controller with ad-hoc analysis and projects
  • Analysing the P&L and cashflow variances against budget and forecast
  • Analysing, reporting and controlling consumable stocks
  • Improving the balance sheet reconciliation process
  • Supporting the Finance team and business with ad hoc projects
