Job Responsibility:
Lead the College's finance function
Ensure delivery of high-quality financial management, reporting and control
Provide sound financial advice to senior colleagues
Contribute to decision-making across a wide range of activities
Lead a finance and payroll team of nine staff
Responsible for integrity of financial reporting, control environment and systems
Work closely with Governing Body and its committees
Provide clear and insightful financial information for governance
Requirements:
Substantial experience of running a highly effective finance operation
Experience in financial management, reporting and control
Experience leading a finance and payroll team
Experience working with governing bodies and committees
Collaborative, supportive and collegiate working style
Enjoy building relationships and working constructively with others
