Job Responsibility:
Lead accurate IFRS financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit management, working-capital oversight, and AP/AR operations across all entities
Establish, regularly review and maintain strong internal controls, standardized processes, and effective risk and compliance frameworks across the group
Oversee timely, accurate month-end and year-end close processes, including journal reviews, reconciliations, and intercompany compliance
Support global tax compliance and treasury functions, ensuring efficient cash management, liquidity planning, and intercompany funding
Optimize ERP systems and drive automation and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Train and develop the accounting team by building technical expertise to support career development
Requirements:
Certified accounting professional (CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with 7+ years of progressive finance experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments
Proven ability to lead audits, manage external advisors, and ensure compliance with IFRS and international tax regulations
Strong background collaborating with international, cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions
Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel
experience with automation and process-improvement tools is a plus
Results-oriented and proactive, with a hands-on approach to execution and problem solving
Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
Adaptable, collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, creative, and evolving environments
Nice to have:
Experience in a creative, technology, or entertainment industry environment
Experience with Oracle NetSuite
Proven experience with process improvement, ERP optimization, or system implementations
Experience using data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI
Familiarity with project-based accounting or R&D credit/tax incentive frameworks
Strong Excel modeling and scenario analysis capabilities
