Job Description:

Strategic financial business leader position at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel responsible for implementing property-wide strategies, providing financial expertise, maximizing return on investment, and executing financial and accounting activities to deliver desirable financial results.

Job Responsibility:

Functions as the property's strategic financial business leader
Develops and implements property-wide strategies
Provides financial expertise for brand service strategy implementation
Creates and executes business plans aligned with property and brand strategy
Analyzes financial data and market trends
Develops annual budget plans and monitors sales against expenses
Develops means to improve profit and explore new business opportunities
Ensures strong accounting and operational control environment
Leads accounting teams and provides leadership
Manages taxes, compliance, and audit processes
Anticipates and delivers on needs of key stakeholders
Manages human resource activities including training and development

Requirements:

4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
2 years experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area
OR Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
no work experience required
Experience in financial data analysis and market trends
Experience in budget planning and forecasting
Experience in developing business plans and improving profit
Strong accounting and operational control knowledge
Leadership and team management skills
Project management skills
Understanding of stakeholder needs and ROI expectations
