Job Description

You will support the Financial Controller in her day-to-day activities while leading a key project focused on production data analysis.

  • Contribute to performance monitoring (monthly reporting, variance analysis)
  • Help design and track operational and financial KPIs
  • Support the improvement of reporting tools
  • Perform ad hoc analyses for operational teams
  • Identify opportunities to automate existing reports
  • Structure and improve data quality and reliability
  • Contribute to process optimization (Excel, BI tools, etc.)
  • Collect and consolidate historical sales and production data (ERP, Excel, internal tools)
  • Reconstruct volumes, unit prices, and product references over several fiscal years
  • Identify inconsistencies, missing data, and changes in coding/classification
  • Analyze trends in pricing, volumes, and product mix
  • Produce summary tables and initial quantitative analyses

Requirements

  • Education: Ideally Student in business school, engineering school, or university (finance, data, management) – bac + 3 or bac + 4 level
  • Duration: from 4 to 6 months of internship with a compensation (gratification de stage)
  • Location: Aix en Provence (Meyreuil office)
  • Ideally having a first internship in the finance area
  • Strong interest in numbers, analytics, and data
  • Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau is a plus)
  • Analytical mindset, rigor, and autonomy
  • Ability to structure complex datasets and propose actionable insights
