Job Description:

We are looking for a Financial Control and Reporting Executive to join for our business partner located in Kocaeli,Türkiye. In this role, you will play a crucial role in evaluating financial data and contributing to informed decision-making processes to support company’s growth and financial stability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare periodic financial statements in accordance with IFRS
  • Develop and present monthly reporting packs for top management
  • Create and revise quarterly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow budgets
  • Analyse actual vs. budget performance to identify variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Conduct monthly financial statement analysis to derive insights and drive decision-making
  • Prepare IFRS and Group reporting packages for consolidation at the group level
  • Implement and execute basic internal control procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and produce reports as required

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in Audit companies
  • Proficiency in IFRS and reporting standards
  • Solid experience in budget planning, management reporting, and financial modelling
  • Strong understanding of consolidation processes
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of an organization
  • The process-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion would be considered an advantage
