Job Description:

The role involves crafting engaging and visually impactful financial communications, including executive-level presentations, newsletters, and other materials aligned with Citi's Controllers Transformation strategy. Candidates should excel at synthesizing complex data, telling the 'why' behind the numbers, and aligning communications with strategic goals. Strong design sensibility and creative flair are essential

Job Responsibility:

Developing and delivering clear, engaging newsletters and presentations to communicate updates, initiatives, and processes for Finance management and staff
Creating professional PowerPoint decks for senior management, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with Finance messaging
Adding creative flair to enhance employee engagement and understanding of Finance-related communications within the Controllers Transformation space
Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization, and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions, and locations
Connecting data, trends, and outcomes in a compelling narrative
Resolving complex problems or transactions where expertise is required
Managing one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure all communications and materials align with broader Finance goals and initiatives
Acting as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members
Demonstrating excellent design sensibility

Requirements:

6-10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred
Recognized technical authority for an area within the business
Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others
Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
Required Advanced Microsoft Office skills - PowerPoint and Excel
In-depth knowledge of banking products / systems preferred

Ability to tell the story behind the numbers
