This is your chance to step into a highly visible Business Systems Analyst / Financial Business Systems Analyst role supporting a brand‑new global ERP environment and major transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Spend 75% of your time on ERP project work
  • 25% on break/fix
  • Support D365 F&O across accounting, financial reporting, integrations, and new business units
  • Troubleshoot system issues, take user calls, and resolve tickets
  • Map business processes, document requirements, and create end‑to‑end workflows
  • Conduct data analysis and support financial systems decision‑making
  • Partner directly with end users, QA, and cross‑functional teams
  • Contribute to future CRM modernization (Microsoft Customer Engagement planned for 2027)

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in IT systems/business analysis or systems analysis
  • 3+ years focused on ERP, financial systems, or financial reporting OR 4 years as an IT BSA + 3 years accounting experience within an ERP
  • Strong knowledge of: D365 F&O (most critical)
  • SQL
  • Azure DevOps
  • Excel (advanced) and Visio
  • Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Power BI/Power Platform, Planner, Fabric
  • Experience leading requirements sessions, process mapping, and full documentation (user guides → technical docs)
  • Ability to communicate clearly with non‑technical users and explain systems in plain language
