Here, you can actively shape the future of IT. Currently we are looking for Financial Controller with German to join our team in Gdansk.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reports in accordance with US GAAP and support the continuous improvement of reporting processes
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements in compliance with German GAAP (HGB)
  • Provide relevant information and documentation to support internal and external audits
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, including coordination with key stakeholders
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and business reviews to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Create and optimize presentation materials for meetings and executive reporting
  • Extract data and generate reports independently to respond to customer inquiries
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, including business process analysis and solution development
  • Implement, optimize, and continuously enhance financial systems and tools (Microsoft AX, Microsoft Power BI)
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient financial processes and support company objectives

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in finance
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets
  • Team-oriented, communicative, and structured work approach
  • Fluent in German and English is mandatory
