Job Description

Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a strong Financial Business Analyst to support our entertainment client on a 6+ month project starting immediately. The Financial Business Analyst will primarily be responsible for assisting with a large-scale OneStream implementation.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to the successful implementation of OneStream by offering technical expertise and insights gained from previous experience
  • Collaborate with the OneStream Solution Architect to provide functional guidance and ensure governance throughout the project
  • Partner with the systems integrator to optimize delivery and enhance proposed solutions to meet organizational needs
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring they are accurately reflected in the system design
  • Engage with Oracle teams to critically evaluate proposed solutions, ensuring they are tailored to business objectives
  • Work closely with technical teams and business units during the design and implementation phases to ensure functional requirements are met
  • Support the go-live phase by providing functional expertise to facilitate a smooth transition
  • Actively participate in the final design and initial implementation stages, ensuring all functional and technical aspects align with objectives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project goals are understood and achieved
  • Document processes and workflows to support ongoing system usage and enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Prior experience with OneStream implementation and strong understanding of the design is preferred
  • Familiarity with Hyperion Financial Management and its applications
  • Strong ability to analyze business requirements and connect them to system solutions
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Experience in documenting processes and workflows
  • Background in Oracle Fusion is a plus
