Job Description

TCC Global specializes in loyalty marketing, transforming the way retailers engage with their customers. We are seeking a Financial Business Analyst to join our Hong Kong finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting transactional activities, financial reporting, and FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) across various business functions. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial tracking, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage financial transactions and assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports for two entities
  • Prepare selling price calculations tailored to various trading terms
  • Liaise with external accounting firms to ensure compliance with GAAP and TCC’s internal accounting policies
  • Monitor accounts receivable and prepare Statements of Account (SOA)
  • Partner with Sales teams to follow up on outstanding payments and ensure healthy cash flow
  • Support the evaluation of campaign performance and the preparation of monthly sales re-forecasts
  • Conduct margin analysis and provide detailed commentary on variances and significant financial changes for management review
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly re-forecasts and the annual budget for sales, margins, and overheads
  • Provide analytical support and commentary for variance analysis against budget targets
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Logistics teams to integrate financial insights into daily business activities
  • Identify potential risks early and offer financial advice to resolve concerns proactively
  • Support the finance team with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or management reporting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Quick learner with an analytical mind
  • result-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines
  • Team player with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
