As a Finance Associate, you’ll collaborate with industry leaders, gaining hands-on experience in fund reporting, AI-driven operations, and direct portfolio engagement. Job Responsibility

  • Review and analyze quarterly reports from the fund administrator
  • Reconcile digital asset transactions with blockchain records
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly capital statements to investors
  • Act as the primary liaison for fund administrator relationships
  • Support auditors to ensure timely issuance of audited financial statements
  • Manage audit requests, including confirmations, valuation memos, and transaction support
  • Oversee fund operations and processes
  • Track fund finances and investments in a proprietary portfolio database
  • Respond to finance-related investor inquiries
  • Assist with SPV finance processes and fund tax compliance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of accounting experience in investment management (VC, PE), public accounting (audit or tax), or fund administration
  • Proficiency in Excel, including vlookup and pivot tables
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • MUST have CPA or at least 2 CPA exams passed

Nice to have

  • Interest in crypto, technology, or AI is a plus
  • Prior crypto experience is a plus but not required
