The town of Sharon is seeking a full-time skilled Financial Assistant to support the daily financial operations of our Treasurer/Collector’s Office. From assisting residents at the counter to helping ensure accurate payroll and receivables, this position plays a vital role in serving the community. Job Responsibility:
Support the daily financial operations of our Treasurer/Collector’s Office
Assisting residents at the counter
Helping ensure accurate payroll and receivables
Requirements:
Associate degree desirable with three years’ experience, preferably in a municipality, performing similar duties
Knowledge of Massachusetts General Laws as they pertain to treasury, collecting and payroll and benefits helpful
