Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Financial and Planning Manager to join our team in Gothenburg. You'll lead financial planning and performance analysis activities while supporting strategic business decisions in an international and fast-paced environment. Job Responsibility

  • Lead the reporting process for actuals as well as forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities
  • Consolidate and analyze group financial results and present insights for short-, mid-, and long-term planning
  • Drive the development and improvement of financial reporting tools, BI dashboards, and planning systems
  • Collaborate with controlling and operational teams to improve financial follow-up and planning processes
  • Manage and support a team of Group Financial Analysts
  • Develop profit and cost analysis to strengthen business understanding and support decision-making
  • Support executive management with financial analysis and strategic planning activities
  • Contribute to external financial communication by supporting Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, and Treasury teams
  • Monitor key business drivers impacting financial decisions, including sourcing, funding, operations, and organizational structures
  • Handle ad hoc financial reporting and business analysis requests

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial management within industrial or international environments
  • Previous leadership or managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI or analytics tools such as Qlik
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a dynamic environment
  • Analytical, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments
  • Fluent in English is a must
