Utilize phone etiquette to address student concerns and provide clear information

Assist with the organization and documentation of financial aid materials
Participate in contract-based assignments or day events as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
Proven experience in customer service and sales is essential
Strong knowledge of student financial aid processes and procedures
Proficiency in administrative tasks and account management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
