Job Description:

This role will support strategic decision-making through in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and want to make a direct impact on business performance.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts across departments
Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership
Create and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Partner with business units to support operational and strategic planning
Build and enhance financial models for scenario analysis and performance tracking
Analyze key financial metrics and prepare presentations for executive leadership

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2–5+ years of financial analysis, FP& A, or corporate finance experience
Strong Excel skills
experience with financial modeling and reporting tools
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience in budgeting and forecasting in a mid-to-large corporate environment
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
Proven track record of supporting business decision-making through analysis
