Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. In this role, you will leverage data visualization tools to create impactful dashboards, reports, and scorecards that drive strategic decision-making. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with business leaders and clients while contributing to the optimization of data-driven processes.

Job Responsibility:

Design and develop meaningful data visualizations by collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders
analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and align data solutions with organizational needs
build and implement repeatable processes for deploying dashboards across multiple clients
define and optimize data architecture and retrieval methods to ensure high-performance visualizations
create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and scorecards tailored to client requirements
monitor and enhance the quality, responsiveness, and effectiveness of dashboards and reports
stay up-to-date with emerging trends and techniques in data visualization and analytics
provide insights and recommendations for improving business operations through data analysis
occasionally travel to client locations worldwide to support project implementations

Requirements:

Proficiency in Power BI for designing and managing data visualizations
strong skills in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation
experience in creating dashboards and KPI reporting
familiarity with Tableau for data visualization and analysis
knowledge of financial modeling principles
ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
willingness to travel internationally as needed
