Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our regional FP&A activities, consolidating financial data, and providing insights that drive business decisions. We are looking for a proactive professional with a problem-solving attitude, autonomy, and a willingness to get things done.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a key interface to Country Controllers across multiple countries, gaining exposure to diverse cultures and business practices
  • Serve as a business partner for Commercial Controllers and the Sales team
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly reporting of actual results, monthly forecast updates, and annual budget submissions for Regional Management, Commercial, and Sales teams, as well as quarterly reporting to the Global FP&A team
  • Provide in-depth variance analysis (e.g., Forecast vs. Forecast, Forecast vs. Budget) to help stakeholders understand performance drivers
  • Handle ad hoc analysis and special tasks upon management request
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, enhance data and forecast accuracy, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in finance digitalization projects, including Anaplan implementation and other FP&A transformation initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in FP&A within a large organization
  • experience with P&L data is a strong advantage
  • Very good knowledge of English (company-wide communication is primarily in English)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experience with Anaplan (cloud-based enterprise software platform) is a significant asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and maintain attention to detail
