Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct detailed variance analyses to identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Assist in monthly reporting by gathering and analyzing financial data
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with the Controller to provide research and analysis on raw financial data
  • Participate in month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Utilize advanced Excel techniques for financial modeling and data management
  • Support the finance team in preparing reports and presentations for leadership
  • Apply data mining techniques to extract valuable information from financial datasets
  • Contribute to the development of processes that improve financial decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least one year of industry experience beyond internships, preferably in financial analysis
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience with variance analysis and monthly reporting processes
  • Familiarity with data mining and ad hoc financial analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work onsite
