Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making across the organization. This role will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, building forecasts, and providing insights to improve business performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions and strategic planning
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including developing financial models
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and operational initiatives
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes by providing financial analysis
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and investments
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
