Job Responsibility:
Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances and performance drivers
Preparing reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
Conducting profitability, cost and investment analysis to guide decision-making
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and strategies
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics
Building and maintaining financial models to support business initiatives
Assisting with scenario planning and risk analysis
Staying current on industry trends, economic developments and financial best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting role
Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capability
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Experience with FP&A tools and ERPs
