Job Description:

The Financial Analyst (FA) Program is a two-year entry level leadership developmental rotational program introducing college graduates to Citi Finance through diversified experiences. Participants gain analytical, technical, and leadership skills while contributing to Finance priorities through roles such as product control, financial closings, and management reporting. Training begins with a Citi orientation along with soft skills and technical skill development. Upon successful completion, analysts may be placed in permanent roles within Citi Finance.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in a comprehensive training program covering technical training, soft skills training, and Citi orientation
Work on two one-year rotations within Finance disciplines to broaden skills, develop analytical abilities, and increase knowledge in Controllers, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Finance Chief Operating Office, and business-aligned Chief Finance Offices
Perform responsibilities including product control, financial closings, consolidations, developing financial controls, management reporting, planning and analysis, and management of balance sheets and liquidity
Build professional networks, leadership capabilities, and acquire knowledge of finance skills to support leadership roles at Citi

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics (graduating in December 2025 - June 2026)
GPA of 3.3 or above
Will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future
Creative in solving problems and are intellectually curious
Strategic and analytical mindset
Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, quick-thinking and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Technologically proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Focused on achieving group and client objectives and able to build and maintain relationships
Familiar with process improvement
