Job Responsibility:
Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic planning and operational decisions
Prepare and review month-end close reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide actionable insights
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to align with organizational goals
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and identify trends
Analyze variances between actual and projected financial results to offer recommendations for improvement
Support the preparation of presentations for senior leadership to communicate financial performance
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
Partner with the VP of Finance to execute financial strategies and meet organizational objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in financial analysis, with a focus on month-end close processes
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Familiarity with healthcare industry financial practices is preferred
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools
