The FP&A, DTV & Global Data Analysis Lead will be a strategic partner to the Product Finance leadership team, driving financial planning, forecasting, and global data insights. This role combines advanced FP&A capabilities with data-driven transformation and visualization initiatives to enable informed decision-making across a global organization. The ideal candidate will excel at collaboration, working closely with cross-functional teams and regional finance partners, while leveraging tools like Hyperion and SAP to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Job Responsibility:
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for Product Finance
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives
Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights on revenue, cost, and margin performance
Create and maintain DTV savings measurement processes by collaborating across Product, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain organizations
Drive automation and visualization of financial and operational metrics using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Implement standardized dashboards and reporting frameworks for global stakeholders
Ensure data integrity and governance across Hyperion, SAP, and other financial systems
Consolidate and analyze data from multiple regions to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support presentations and strategic decision-making
Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Operations, and Data Engineering teams to enhance data accessibility and usability
Foster strong partnerships with global finance teams to align processes and reporting standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and data analytics within a global organization
Advanced proficiency in Hyperion, SAP, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
Nice to have:
MBA or CFA preferred
Experience in product-focused or technology-driven industries
Knowledge of data engineering concepts and advanced analytics techniques
Strong leadership presence and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives globally
