Financial Analyst

• Oversee the end-to-end rebate disbursement process for assigned client portfolios, ensuring compliance with contracts and rebate terms
• Interpret client contracts and setup logic to execute accurate payments using disbursement systems
• Conduct variance analysis and root cause investigations to address discrepancies and improve processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Control, Analytics, Billing, Legal, and Client Management, to resolve issues and ensure operational efficiency
• Respond to internal and external inquiries through thorough research and clear communication
• Identify inefficiencies in established workflows and recommend actionable improvements
• Support ad hoc financial initiatives and projects as required
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness metrics in rebate operations
• Act as a subject matter expert on client contracts and rebate disbursement practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize rebate payment processes

• Proven experience in financial operations, payment processing, or rebate management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to handle complex data and reporting tasks
• Strong analytical skills for performing variance analysis and identifying root causes
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and responding to inquiries
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Experience working in cross-functional environments and managing stakeholder relationships

Familiarity with SQL is preferred, but not required
