A fast-growing company specializing consumer products is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This role will work closely with the Director of Finance and partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership. Job Responsibility:
Develop and improve accounting and financial workflows, including the creation of clear reporting frameworks and KPI-based financial reports for leadership
Support financial reporting and analysis activities for both domestic and international operations
Analyze company performance metrics, identify trends, and highlight areas that may require management attention
Prepare forward-looking financial insights to support decision-making, including variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts
Track and review key spending categories to ensure alignment with approved budgets
Assist with financial reporting related to royalty payments for licensing partners
Contribute to enhancements in financial systems and processes to increase operational efficiency and data reliability
Create and maintain audit and validation reports to detect inconsistencies within ERP system data
Coordinate and communicate effectively with international team members
Use ERP tools to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial data management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
At least five years of relevant experience in financial analysis or business analysis roles
Demonstrated ability to improve processes and develop effective financial reporting solutions
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, along with proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Strong analytical thinking, systems knowledge, and comfort working with financial technologies
A proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving operational processes
High level of motivation, reliability, and willingness to quickly learn new concepts
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and identify solutions using available resources
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy
Ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have:
Experience working with ERP platforms and databases is preferred
