Financial Analyst

• Develop and improve accounting and financial workflows, including the creation of clear reporting frameworks and KPI-based financial reports for leadership
• Support financial reporting and analysis activities for both domestic and international operations
• Analyze company performance metrics, identify trends, and highlight areas that may require management attention
• Prepare forward-looking financial insights to support decision-making, including variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts
• Track and review key spending categories to ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Assist with financial reporting related to royalty payments for licensing partners
• Contribute to enhancements in financial systems and processes to increase operational efficiency and data reliability
• Create and maintain audit and validation reports to detect inconsistencies within ERP system data
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with international team members
• Use ERP tools to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial data management

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• At least five years of relevant experience in financial analysis or business analysis roles
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and develop effective financial reporting solutions
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, along with proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong analytical thinking, systems knowledge, and comfort working with financial technologies
• A proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving operational processes
• High level of motivation, reliability, and willingness to quickly learn new concepts
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and identify solutions using available resources
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
