Kevin Wong with Robert Half is looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Beaverton, Oregon. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering accurate financial reports, supporting leadership with actionable insights, and optimizing data-driven decision-making processes. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate across departments effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and deliver daily financial and operational reports with precision and timeliness
Analyze trends, risks, and variances to provide updates to finance and operations leadership
Assist with month-end close processes, including variance analysis and management reporting
Enhance and maintain financial reporting packages to ensure consistency and usability
Develop executive-level financial review presentations, incorporating narratives and visualizations
Collaborate with FP&A teams to validate and manage financial data within performance management systems
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning by building robust financial models
Design and refine dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to enable strategic decision-making
Optimize data pipelines and structures to improve reporting accuracy and scalability
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate operational metrics into meaningful financial insights
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business analytics, preferably in a labor-intensive environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
Proven experience creating dashboards and visual analytics using Tableau or Power BI
Solid understanding of data warehouses, structured data models, and analytics best practices
Familiarity with querying and validating data using enterprise tools
Expertise in managing data pipelines and integrating data from multiple systems
Exposure to enterprise performance management tools, such as OneStream, is preferred
Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers
