Financial Analyst

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business decision-making
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial results against forecasts and budgets
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business challenges or opportunities
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable information from large datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Support the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Assist in managing fixed assets by tracking acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules
• Participate in onboarding processes and provide support during the initial two-week onsite training period
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations

• Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong proficiency in data mining techniques and advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with variance analysis and the ability to explain financial discrepancies
• Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Effective communication skills to present financial findings to stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required

Knowledge of fixed asset accounting and associated processes is a plus
