Job Description:

Financial Analyst role at IKEA supporting store operations, financial reporting, and business improvement initiatives within a diverse team focused on providing reliable financial data.

Job Responsibility:

Translate business plan of the store into clear action plan for department
Implement various actions
Support co-managers in drawing up annual schedule with financial targets
Report monthly and annual results
Support management team in discovering new opportunities and improvements
Support various departments in following up and implementing actions to achieve financial targets
Inspire, motivate and engage team to achieve targets

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills
Ability to translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions
Experience in business
Good understanding of accounting principles
Solid experience as a leader
Team player
Problem-solving skills
Decision-making skills in challenging retail environment
