Job Description:

Citi is looking for Full-Time Analysts to join Finance in New York. The Financial Analyst (FA) Program is a two-year leadership developmental rotational program designed to provide diversified experiences across Citi Finance disciplines. Through rotations, training, and real-world responsibilities, analysts gain exposure to Financial Planning & Analysis, Controllers, Treasury, Tax, and other areas within Citi Finance. Successful completion of the program may lead to off-program placements and long-term career growth.

Job Responsibility:

gain experiences through rotations and placements
add value to Citi through responsibilities including product control, financial closings and consolidations, developing financial controls, management reporting, planning and analysis, and management of balance sheets and liquidity
broaden finance skills, knowledge of the organization and expand networks

Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics (graduating in December 2025 - June 2026)
GPA of 3.3 or above
will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future
creative in solving problems and intellectually curious
strategic and analytical mindset
enthusiastic, detail-oriented, quick-thinking and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
technologically proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
strong verbal and written communication skills
focused on achieving group and client objectives and able to build and maintain relationships
familiar with process improvement
