This role involves analyzing financial data, building models, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to work with complex data sets.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the central finance partner for forecasting, annual and long-range planning, and consolidation of revenue, expenses, headcount, and key financial metrics
Own financial consolidations and improve budget-to-actuals insight and forecast accuracy through data-driven modeling and close cross-functional collaboration
Support monthly close and forecasting by analyzing results, identifying trends, and clearly communicating risks and opportunities to drive business decisions
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, including budget vs. actuals analysis, dashboards, and Board materials
Enhance operational efficiency by leading system and process improvements, building automation to streamline recurring workflows and reduce errors
Take on evolving priorities and ad hoc analyses as business needs arise
Requirements:
2–8 years of experience in Corporate FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance within the technology sector
Strong background in financial modeling, consolidations, P&L management, forecasting, budget vs. actuals analysis, and short- and long-term planning
Collaborative, positive team player with the ability to learn quickly and grow with the organization
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, analytical problem-solving skills, and a drive to continuously improve processes
Highly reliable with strong attention to detail and a results-oriented, “get it done” mindset
Curious and open to adopting AI tools to work more efficiently and enhance outcomes
