Financial Analyst

• Reconcile financial and operational data across accounting systems to ensure data integrity
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to maintain clean, reliable financial records
• Maintain accurate historical data across actuals, payroll, headcount, revenue, and forecasts
• Support month-end and financial controls, including AP, AR, payroll checks, and audit-ready outputs
• Prepare and maintain management reports in Google Sheets or Excel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support budgeting and forecasting through data preparation, variance analysis, and scenario modelling
• Deliver ad-hoc financial and performance analysis by integrating finance, sales, and people data
• Flag risks or issues early, with clear context and solutions

• Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar roles
• Strong attention to detail and a bias for clean, audit-ready outputs
• Confident working across Xero and spreadsheets (Excel / GSheets)
• Comfortable reconciling data across multiple systems
• Able to operate effectively in ambiguity and shifting priorities
