Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for R&D projects, production, and commercial operations
Develop ROI models for R&D investments, clinical trials, and partnerships
Analyze manufacturing costs (raw materials, labor, overhead) and propose efficiency improvements
Partner with R&D, supply chain, and regulatory teams to align financial goals with operational execution

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
MBA/CMA preferred
CPA/CFA candidates highly regarded
3+ years in financial analysis, preferably in biotech/pharma or healthcare
